Being an exercise physio he understands body mechanics much better than someone who is just a personal trainer. I have some physical issues (Achilles, knees, back) which he has done a great job helping me to strengthen all while progressing at a safe pace. We have been working together for just two months and I’ve lost several pounds of body fat and gained several pounds of muscle. In addition to weight training he’s helped me improve my cardio workouts and my endurance has also improved. On top of everything else he brings a positive energy and humor to every session. The reason I was so interested in CMT Fitness is because of their understanding of science. I wanted to get results fast and efficiently. I’m a business owner so I don’t have a lot of time. The trainer has been super accommodating and we have had very successful virtual sessions as well as in-person. I have exercised most of my adult life, and have had previous trainers.
