Our trainers take your fitness goals very seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you safely and effectively overcome those hurdles. The reason why we are so successful in transforming lives is because we always take the time to conduct a comprehensive assessment that includes a detailed health history questionnaire, body composition testing, movement analyses, as well as learn about your goals and educate you on the nutrition that will be key in helping you achieve those goals. From there, we’ll analyze the results, recommend the ideal course of action, and then construct a customized fitness program that fits your exact needs and goals. I'm a very passionate and energetic fitness enthusiast. I hold a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from the University of Miami with specializations in Strength and Conditioning & Sports Nutrition. My fitness journey started early-on when I excelled playing football and wrestling, achieving numerous accolades. This sparked my interest in resistance training and fascinated me with how an active lifestyle with the proper training and nutrition can help maximize one’s physical and mental potential.
In addition to helping elite athletes increase their performance, I have worked with individuals of all ages and abilities with various conditions and goals. My extensive experience ranges from training children to closely monitoring/ administrating clinical exercise programs for patients who have had serious cardiovascular events, neurological issues, and various types of cancers. I have a burning passion helping individuals of all levels meet and exceed their health, fitness, and wellness goals. I have a demonstrated track of helping my clients not only reach, but exceed their goals safely, effectively, and efficiently.
I trained some of the best Collegiate, Professional, and Olympic athletes in the world during my time with the Strength and Conditioning staff at the University of Miami and Cornell University. I managed the athlete’s nutritional intake pre/post workouts to ensure that they were fueling and replenishing their bodies appropriately, facilitated the rehabilitation of injured athletes, and administered workouts for athletes training for the NFL Combine as well as the 2016 Rio De Janeiro Olympics.

Being an exercise physio he understands body mechanics much better than someone who is just a personal trainer. I have some physical issues (Achilles, knees, back) which he has done a great job helping me to strengthen all while progressing at a safe pace. The reason I was so interested in CMT Fitness is because of their understanding of science. I wanted to get results fast and efficiently. I’m a business owner so I don’t have a lot of time.
